3月21號, 柜子拖走了以后, 我們給客戶發(fā)了一封郵件, 和客戶解釋, 因為40尺柜超重, 所以我們把貨分成兩個20尺柜裝了。 客戶以為我們還沒有裝柜, 讓我們先裝一個40尺柜的貨, 剩下超重的和其他的貨拼一個柜,但是貨已經(jīng)裝船了, 我們答復(fù)客戶:Firstly, I apologize for my arrangement of shipment without your confirmation. In my opinion, it is important to send the goods to you ASAP and we also bear extra freight charges. Recalling and rearrangement will take more time and fee. Any suggestion, let me know.
客戶答復(fù):I can not accept two containers, because in port I pay customs clearing for each container (not important with what 20 ' or 40 '). Thus my charges will increase twice and it is unacceptable.Therefore send now only one 40 ' the container with brutto 26-27-28 tn (max possible). And the rest of compressors is at a factory. In the beginning of April I shall take away the rest.
我們又發(fā)郵件給客戶:I should apologize for the inconvenience bring to you.If possible, let me know the charges caused by custom clearing and we bear part of them.Frankly, it is my willingness to send you the goods ASAP and se your time and money.
客戶答復(fù):It is aprox 7500-8000 USD.
我們當(dāng)時還不敢相信,清關(guān)費(fèi)用要這么高, 我們問客戶: Total or extra?
